With the state of the presidential election, it is easy to fall into an overwhelming amount of stress over the next few days. Watching different news channels to keep up with the voting results and scrolling through tons of information on social media can be physically draining. 

Although it is important to stay up to date with the election, what’s most important is taking the time to recuperate and take a break from it. Focus on preserving your mental health and relieving stress in the next few days as the longevity of the election could continue for days. Here are a few ways to destress and relax from everything going on in the country right now.
